The length of the session depends on the size of your team. While I prefer to spend around 10-15 minutes with each person for optimal results, I can accommodate tighter schedules if needed.

Yes! I offer tiered pricing to accommodate teams of various sizes:

  • 1-5 people: £499 (base price)
  • 5-25 people: £499 + £50 per person (Max: £1449)
  • 25+ people: £1449 + £30 per person

You’ll receive a secure Google Drive link containing your fully edited, high-resolution headshots. This method guarantees easy access and convenient download for your team.

I can work in fairly small spaces but to ensure the best possible results, please provide a space of at least 20 square meters (216 sq. ft), ideally with a high ceiling. I’ll bring my own professional studio lighting setup.

Yes, I can! Depending on your needs, I can shoot against a plain backdrop for classic headshots or incorporate elements of your office environment for a more contextual look.

While I don’t directly offer styling or makeup services, I’m happy to provide general guidance and resources to help your team prepare. Emphasis on clean, professional attire and natural-looking makeup usually yields the best results.

I offer flexible payment methods for your convenience:

  • Card: Pay securely online using a payment link provided with your final images.
  • Bank Transfer: If you prefer, you can make a bank transfer. Details will be included with your image delivery.

To secure your photoshoot booking, a £50 deposit is required, which can be sent via bank transfer.

In order to ensure mutual respect for each other’s time, I kindly request that if you are unable to attend the scheduled photoshoot, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Regrettably, any cancellations made within 48 hours of the photoshoot will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, as it becomes challenging to allocate the reserved time to another client.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these policies, which allow me to effectively manage my schedule and provide the best service possible.

Providing unedited photos isn’t part of my service offering. As a professional photographer, editing is an integral part of how I achieve my signature style and ensure the highest quality results. Think of it this way: An unedited photo is like a rough draft. Through editing, I polish and elevate the image, creating a finished product that we can both be proud of. An unedited photo is a job half done.

My availability varies, but I understand that sometimes there’s a time crunch. If possible, I can accommodate next-day shoots. Otherwise, I generally require a few days’ notice to ensure everything is properly coordinated.
