Understanding My Policy
At Tadam Photography, I value your satisfaction. This policy outlines circumstances for refunds and cancellations regarding my photography services.
Cancellation for Photo Sessions
- If you need to cancel a scheduled photoshoot, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot will forfeit the deposit made at booking. [This timeframe is adjustable to suit your business]
- No-shows at the photoshoot will also result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Refunds for Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital products (headshots, event photos, etc.), refunds are generally not offered after images have been delivered.
My Client Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you’re not happy with the photos and you let me know before the end of the shoot, you don’t have to pay – that’s my promise to you.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable
- Deposits are non-refundable except in instances outlined above.
- Travel costs incurred for on-site photoshoots are non-refundable.
Important Notes
- Refunds, when issued, may take several business days to process.
- Re-shoots may be offered as an alternative to a refund, determined on an individual basis.
