How do I book you for my event?
You can easily book my services through the “Book an Event Shoot” button on my website or by contacting me directly. To secure your date, I recommend booking as early in advance as possible.
Can you add our company logo to the photos?
Yes, I can definitely add your company logo as a watermark to the images. This is a great way to subtly brand your event photos.
What's your turnaround time for delivering the photos?
I aim to deliver your fully edited images within 2-3 days of your event. For urgent needs, expedited delivery may be possible with an additional fee.
Can you provide photos suitable for print and web use?
Yes! I deliver high-resolution images formatted for both print and online platforms, ensuring maximum versatility.
Can you photograph events in low-light settings?
Yes, I’m proficient in low-light event photography. If you anticipate your event having dimly lit areas, please let me know in advance. This ensures I bring the necessary equipment for optimal results.
Can you accommodate events outside of London?
Yes! While I’m based in London, I’m happy to travel. Please note that events outside of the London area might incur additional travel fees.
Payment Options
I offer flexible payment methods for your convenience:
- Card: Pay securely online using a payment link provided with your final images.
- Bank Transfer: If you prefer, you can make a bank transfer. Details will be included with your image delivery.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
To secure your photoshoot booking, a £50 deposit is required, which can be sent via bank transfer.
In order to ensure mutual respect for each other’s time, I kindly request that if you are unable to attend the scheduled photoshoot, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. Regrettably, any cancellations made within 48 hours of the photoshoot will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, as it becomes challenging to allocate the reserved time to another client.
I appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding these policies, which allow me to effectively manage my schedule and provide the best service possible.
Do you offer videography services in addition to photography?
Yes, I offer both photography and videography services. I can provide a customised package depending on your specific event needs and budget. Please contact me for details and I’ll put together a quote.
Do you have experience photographing [Specific Event Type]?

Do you have a backup plan in case of equipment issues?
