In photography, a ‘look’ refers to a distinct visual style or appearance achieved through various elements such as lighting and clothing. It represents a specific combination of these factors that contribute to the overall aesthetic of the photo.

During a photoshoot, changing your clothing can create a different look. Each time you switch your outfit, it results in a new and unique visual presentation, allowing for diverse and captivating images to be captured

What Should You Wear For A Photoshoot?

When it comes to clothing, it’s best to opt for something comfortable and relaxed. Solid colours are generally recommended, and if possible, it’s best to avoid wearing white as it can sometimes create an overexposed effect in the photos.

In terms of accessories, it’s advisable to either not wear any jewellery or keep it minimal. The focus should be on you and your natural appearance, so avoiding excessive or distracting accessories can help achieve that desired effect.

What Is The Time Frame For Receiving Retouched Photos?

Rest assured that you will receive the final images, fully retouched and in high resolution, within a maximum of 7 days. I prioritise delivering the edited photos promptly to ensure you can enjoy and utilise them as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best possible service for all clients, please note the following:

– Cancellations: Please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your scheduled photoshoot.
– Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. This helps me manage my schedule and prevents gaps in service for other clients.
– Mutual Respect: Your timely communication is greatly appreciated and allows me to serve everyone in the best way possible.

Client Satisfaction Guarantee

Ensuring your complete satisfaction with the photos is my primary concern. With the Client Satisfaction Guarantee, payment is only required if you are delighted with the results as the session concludes. It’s important to communicate any dissatisfaction with the photographs before the photoshoot ends. If you express concerns at this time, you will not be asked for payment, and your deposit will be fully refunded. While the deposit is refundable, travel costs are not; I appreciate your understanding on this matter. I am dedicated to your satisfaction and to delivering exceptional photographic services, with a focus on ensuring you are pleased before you leave the photoshoot.

Payment Options

I offer flexible payment methods for your convenience:

Card: Pay securely online using a payment link provided with your final images.
Bank Transfer: If you prefer, you can make a bank transfer. Details will be included with your image delivery.
Cash: Cash payment is accepted at the time of your photoshoot.

Deposit

A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are generally processed by card for convenience, but bank transfer can be arranged upon request. Simply mention your preference during booking.

Can I Receive All The Photos Taken During The Photoshoot?

Providing unedited photos isn’t part of my service offering. As a professional photographer, editing is an integral part of how I achieve my signature style and ensure the highest quality results. Think of it this way: An unedited photo is like a rough draft. Through editing, I polish and elevate the image, creating a finished product that we can both be proud of. An unedited photo is a job half done.
